We had a great stay at Alison's BnB - Avoca farm is a great value, Belfast is a quick drive, and Alison is a wonderful host! A loaf of soda bread just out of the oven was waiting for us, along with some fresh eggs and yogurt for breakfast. Everything was very clean, and there was a nice enclosed garden area for our dog to explore.

    Setting - it was a nice neighbourhood. Location - close to Belvoir Golf Club where we were competing and close to shopping precinct, and to city centre.

    Lovely and spacious very modern beautiful bathrooms . Open plan so nice for socialising . Lovely side view of the water. Lovely area . Unfortunately we just didn’t get the weather to enjoy a nice walk along the water but no one’s fault . 2mins from the titanic which was why we booked here also 5mins walk to a kids play centre with bowling mini golf etc. great communication from Steve.

    Breakfast was really nice and location was ideal right in the centre of everything. Staff were amazing and really helpful. We didn’t realise we had came on a bank holiday but luckily the hotel bar was still open to have a drink on the night time! Room was clean and nicely decorated. Would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying in belfast, within walking distance to titanic museum, crumlin prison and mini golf!
