Set in 44 acres of gardens and woodland, Thainstone House is just 15 minutes from Aberdeen Dyce International Airport. The hotel has a luxury spa and fitness centre, and a free parking.

The breakfast and dinner available at the Green Lady Restaurant in the hotel was beautiful, food was exceptional. The whole hotel had a very relaxed and quiet atmosphere which was perfect for us who love to wind down when we go away. The spa facilities were nice and never overly busy. The location and setting of the hotel has a very classy feel, beautiful view of gardens at front from most of the rooms too.

Comfortable and cosy, well decorated. Spotlessly clean. The landlord was very friendly and welcoming, helped us out immensely with an early check-in to drop off our golf gear. Responded to messages quickly. Straightforward getting into the property and very handy parking out the back. Great location for getting around to our rounds of golf in Aberdeenshire and handy for the shops and pubs afterwards.

I was on a golfing trip with 3 friends. The location was central for us. In the evening we paid £20 for a taxi to Union Street. (Central Aberdeen). The hotel is beautifully finished to a very high standard. Great customer service in all areas. The Spa is beautiful and an ideal space to recharge your battery. The bar and food are of a very high standard.
