Staff is extremely friendly, everybody is very nice and helpful all the time. The food is very tasty, huge choice at breakfast, for children as well. Our room (family villa) was also great, the kids' room was full with toys, it was a very colourful and friendly room :) The whole resort was clean, also the pool and its' area. The kids loved the little treehouse too, we also spent there some time. Very kid-friendly resort, highly recommended for families with smaller children. For us the distance from the closest beach was not relevant, as we did not visit that (specially because it is maybe the most crowded beach on the island, and there are so many more beautiful and less crowded beach). The hotel is easily accessible by car.

Good location. 5mins walk from the sea. Bus stop nearby where a lot of excursions do pickup. Nice view from balcony. Breakfast has a large selection (but i didnt like most of the food). A lot extras to do like party area, games, pool, table tennis, mini golf etc.
Beautiful apartment that had been renovated to a very high level with all modern conveniences'. Had excellent air conditioning/Heat system. Host very friendly and informative.

The amenities are great. 2 pools, many lounge chairs and sitting chairs with tables. The activities in the day and evening for the whole family. The game room, mini golf, mini market, gym all a plus. The buffet has a wide variety of food. The view from my room was spectacular during the day and night. Great beach nearby.
Good location and price. Pool, mini golf and entertainment. Supermarket down the road and local market is on near by on Tuesdays and Sundays. Spacious room and had a nice view. Partner was a fan of the air-conditioning unit as well. Overall, would stay here again. The food is alright too, stay was half board so can't comment on lunch or poolside snacks but from what I saw, they had a good selection of food.
last aparment bloc from the los cristianos golf next to the ocean. balcony has ocean view, apartament was clean but just keep in mind that you will receive a random one not exactlly one from the advertise but similar one in the bilding.the apartment bloc hole ways is in the midle of major reabilitations and its full with holes for rewaiering .
Hotel was excellent value for money. Very close to some lovely beaches, bars and restaurants but good facilities on site as well. Restaurant was very good, with plenty of choice, staff friendly, plenty of available sunbeds, really clean throughout. Hotel has a gym, games room, shop, playground (although we didn't take the kids away with us), good pool bar that had snacks when the restaurant was closed, mini golf and evening entertainment.

location of the property was great. fun little crazy golf at the front of the hotel which also made easy access to the paseo where there were avoid choice of restaurants and bars
I have never stayed in a hotel with such attentive and friendly staff. Andrés in the cactus bar especially and Barrita I think his name was in the restaurant. they were all so lovely
Really good location, 5-10 minutes walk from the beach, and local restaurants. 5 mins from Los Cristianos bus station and center. Good size apartment, regurarly cleaned with many kitchen appliances.
There are evening entertainment, bingo, karaoke...etc...also bar is not expensive. There are 3 pools, sandy football are, and many other games, also minigolf course.
