The apartment was a beautiful traditional style cosy home from home. Annelise spoke good English; she was friendly, helpful and very informative; she saved us a lot of money with discount vouchers. The parking and WiFi were excellent. The location was perfect for the Pilatus Bahn, and train and boat to Lucerne.

It was a traditional hotel with breakfast included. Located about 8 miles outside of Lucerne. Good bus connections. Room was really clean and the housekeeping staff were excellent. Bed was comfy and shower was great. We did have a meal in the restaurant one evening during our stay and service and meal were good.

Absolutely stunning views, great location near Kriens (where gondolas and cable car to Pilatus leave from), comfortable rooms with lovely views and balcony with chairs and table, free minigolf and playground, free fruit for guests, ample free parking and 2 x 22KW chargers for electric cars. Last but not least, a fabulous and v reasonable Michelin quality fine dining menu in the restaurant (with wine from a vineyard we could see from the terrasse). Would highly recommend for anyone visiting the Luzern region
Excellent rooms and location. Secure underground parking included. Staff are very friendly and helpful especially those in reception. Food was very good and the atmosphere on the terrace for dinner and drinks with a view of the golf course and the lake on the nighttime was outstanding.
The location is fabulous.
But the limited working hours of the staff is crazy.

The place is perfect. Very clean nice staff of personal but the concept didn't fit me.
Away from the crowds. Nice place to relax. It's even better if you are a golfer. Fantastic views of the course, the lake, and Mount Pilatus. They reception staff were also helpful with advice re trips around lucerne. Small and Boutique Hotel with a reasonably good restaurant. .
Amazing hotel in a stunning location. The views over the golf course, lake Lucerne and the mountains are epic. The room was as shown in the pictures and was a wow moment when we walked in. Staff all friendly and good food in the restaurant. Although not advertised clearly on the website their is a secure underground garage for parking and free chargers which is a massive bonus.
Property location is very good and surrounded by mountains and rooms are precious. overall property located in very grand location surrounded by 12 hole golf course.
The room is very, very big and beautiful we put an extra bed in the room but it is so big it was not noticeable at all. The bed is very big and comfortable and the shower is luxurious. The highlight of the room is the huge balcony with a view of the mountains to the golf course and Lake Lucerne, you can leave the car in the parking and go to Lucerne by public transport very convenient
The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated, with a lovely view to the golf course and surrounding landscape. The staff was very helpful and eager to please. Breakfast was also great, with the possibility to have freshly cooked eggs on request.
