Guests can enjoy a drink at the on-site bar. The property also offers mini-market. Location was amazing, you are in a teepee but it feels more like a luxury hotel room. The hills are all around you, the river, and the friendly elk and other wildlife wander right into the property. We also really enjoyed bbq ing our dinner at night. Roasting marshmallows at night was a big hit with our son!

The luxury tent offers mountain views, a picnic area, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. The domes are situated in a beautiful peaceful location. I loved crossing the bridge to reach the domes with our luggage in a trolley, lights springing on as we walked along the mulched path. A great deal of thought has gone into the site and erecting the domes, making the stay near perfect. This visit was a treat -- my son's birthday present, and he was happy with the stay. It certainly felt luxurious. A little point: The front door can't be opened when the bathroom door is closed, which could be a safety hazard. I think the front door should probably be rehung to open the other way.

Both the main and bunk beds were very comfortable. Strongly considering a fall visit to see what cold weather is like!

The Sheepherder's Wagon is an authentic 1897 wagon, renovated to hold a bed and boast heat and air conditioning. Another accommodation at K3 Guest Ranch is a rustic tent house. Both share a modern bathhouse. We liked everything! The sheep wagon and tent are very clean and super cute. The main house is beautiful and the owner and housekeeper are super friendly!
