The bathrooms are obviously shared as you are sleeping in a tent, but they were perfectly clean and surprisingly comfortable.

The room is very good, with air conditioning, a lot of space, the toilet is very clean, and it can be seen that all the accessories are carefully selected! I was very lucky to stay at Meen's hotel and will definitely recommend his hotel more! On this island, I deeply feel the beauty of human nature. Everyone trusts each other, no stealing, and they will make every effort to help others! they Smile when see strangers! Especially my hotel owner, Meen, I caused him a lot of trouble from the beginning, but he helped me solve them one by one. I wanted a microwave, so he went to borrow one just for me to use for 3 days. He also specially moved the refrigerator to the lobby from the kitchen for my convenience. When I was dawdling before renting a motorcycle on the first day, he kept waiting for me, neither told me nor rushed me! When he took me to the pier, he told him that i forgot to bring the money when we got there. so He told the boat to wait for me, and then took me back to the hotel to take the money. The day I left was the boat at 6 am in the morning. when I got up, he was already standing at the door waiting for me silently! When I got to the pier, I wanted to buy water, so he went back to the hotel to get a bottle of water for me, but then I remembered that I forgot to take my hat, but the boat was about to go, and he didn't have time to go back to get it, so I said it was okay, please throw it away for me, when I arrive to the next pier, never would I expect him to actually ride to the NEXT pier just to give me the hat... Meen, I'm so embarrassed for causing you so much trouble, I'm really thankful for you, you are such a nice guy! you are working hard to build a second hotel, hoping that when Phuket opens for tourism, your hotels will be full of people!

The private balcony comes with deck chairs for sun bathing. The bathrooms have both hot and cold shower facilities. Lovely people, simple quarters, remote location across the other side of the island from the bulk of the tourist traffic. Cheap scooter rental gives you access to everything you need. Cashew Nut Bungalow, Ko Mook is located 300 metres from Ko Mook Pier and 200 metres from the Centre Point. The guest house has a barbecue and views of the mountain, and guests can enjoy a drink at the bar. Tents are rustic but it's totally worth it for the price and the helpfulness of the host. The bungalows are very comfortable if you are looking for something more like a room. The host drove us to sunset, showed us the cheapest island food, and hooked us up with the cheapest tours on the island. He really goes out of his way for travelers on a budget.

This place is simply gorgeous! The location is amazing, with views out over the mountains and to the ocean. The open lanai was a gorgeous and peaceful place to lounge and relax and watch the sunset - even though the staff assured us that the sunset is "better other times of year," I still thought this "less good" sunset view was pretty dang incredible! The little private A-frame huts were so cute and comfy, and the shared bathroom was clean and convenient. And the staff member who was working was the nicest, most helpful person in all of Thailand. We were there during a quiet time (I think there was only one other guest staying there at the same time as us) so the restaurant was closed. But when we told him we were hungry, he just whipped up these two delicious bowls of soup for us, and then he offered us fruit from their garden. Unbelievable hospitality - I wish we could have stayed longer.
