Tsowa is a little gem hidden in the Zambezi National Park. We stayed for 2 nights and did not want to leave. 3 nights would have been better.
The location is perfect: far from the city, the calm is only disturbed by the sounds of animals.
The place is beautiful. We especially loved the campfire at nights. The tents are confortable and in front of the river. The found is delicious.
The staff is very kind and friendly, always availible and we had great discussions and learnt a lot from them (about the country, their culture, the national park, animals, ...). They will try their best to make your stay as perfect as possible. A big thank you to them.

Staying there was cool. Stuff was friendly. When I was in the hostel I met people all around the world I liked them. Never met any Russian speakers but I like practising English. Stuff can arrange some activities and a taxi. Got to the Waterfall on feet.
Located in Victoria Falls, Shoestrings Backpackers Lodge Vic Falls is short walk from town and less than 2 km away from the falls. The hostel has a cafe, bar and outdoor pool.
Glamping (glamorous + camping) sites are where you can camp with modern and luxurious facilities. If you are looking for a getaway in nature but don’t want to give up your luxuries, this is ideal for you.
The property was so peaceful, with a lovely outdoor area on both sides of the guest house. The rooms were comfy, the food was really nice and the staff made my parents-in-laws stay superb.
Lovely warm welcome. The place has a happy vibe. Lots of great detail. Good food, great bathroom, comfy bed. Well appointed rooms.Very compact resort. An oasis of a place.
The staff were great, the breakfasts yummy & generous, the bed really comfy. Though I didn't have chance to use them, there was a pool & bar, set in lovely grounds.
Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The setting is wonderful, even saw an elephant on the other side of the high fence. Easily able to walk to Victoria falls. Very clean, comfy beds and food fabulous. Also loved the pretty gardens which were taken care of very well.
Very welcoming and a relaxed, home from home feel. Fabulous garden terrace with honesty bar and a lovely pool. Quiet and beautiful location (you'll need taxis to get into the town, but they sort this for you). Rooms are bright and clean with a comfy bed. Wish I'd stayed for longer!!
We loved this property so much! The best accomodation we had on our Africa trip! The view is incredible, the pool area was very clean and relaxing. The hotel itself was an incredible building with great views and food options. Loved the room it was extremely clean and functional, comfy bed. It was a dream!
Great accommodation! The room was clean with lots of space and comfy beds! The owner and the staff were very friendly and went the extra step by accommodating our dietary requirement and offerred us vegetarian food during our stay.
They also gave us the number of a taxi driver (Zee) who was great as well and used him multiple times.
Would definitely reccommend the lodge to everyone! :)
