The staff was unbelievably nice and the property was so comfy. I really enjoyed spending some time on the balcony out back! There was also a supermarket within walking distance, and the kitchen was really clean and well equipped.

    The hotel is in a great spot, right across from the subway which is 5 minutes to Downtown. Quiet neighbourhood with plenty of good food options nearby. Has washing and dryer machines for $2 each. Bed was comfy and shared bathrooms were kept clean every day. New AC units were also installed during our stay. Overall pretty pleased with our stay.

    The staff were really helpful, kind and welcoming. The hotel itself was a very fun and interesting space with great facilities. The bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever used! Especially loved that i could control the air conditioning and turn it off and open the windows. The location was amazing! short walk to great restaurants and coffee shops as well as into the city /park and shopping areas!

    My husband and I love staying at the Marriott Copley Place, easy access to the prudential mall, newbury street walking area, Boston commons, touristic attractions, such as the duck boat tour, and vicinity to the airport. Clean and comfy rooms with a view round out the experience each time.
