Room is very spacious, clean and very comfy beds. Receptionist was very cooperative and allowed us an early checkin. Shuttle bus was regular nearly every 10 minutes and it took 3 minutes to reach the haram. Very nice hotel and good hospitality and sure will come back
I like everything about this hotel. The bed was soooo comfy and thick. I love it. The staffs were great. The shuttle service was great too. It is also near to the haram.
I Liked the transportation to/from Haram, very quick and easy. the windows and sunshade and comfy beds. Very fast elevators. Exellent Air Conditioning.
The TV is good.
Rooms were clean, air conditioning was great, bathrooms and ameneties were great. Shuttle service was exceptional. Runs every 5-10 minutes, even on Fridays. There wasn't a time when we had to wait, for drop and also for pickup, buses were always available. Shuttle buses were also clean, well air-conditioned, and comfy. The building houses a lot of shops and restaurants, plus an area with massage chairs (not free), the feet massager was excellent after walking so much in Makkah.
It was comfy and clean and had a working air conditioning with a remote and a kettle and also the beds were comfortable. There are buses outside that lead to Al-Haram but it is hard to find the bus back to the hotel.
For Sar48, i got air conditioning, water heater, comfy bed good enough. Little bit smelly, the room not clean. There were cigarette ashes in the drawer. For a short stay is ok.

Super cool air conditioning system. I just wish a/c had mobile or bed side controls to regulate temperature.
