Everything! the location, it’s central yet tucked down a side street so is quiet. The rooms are clean, beds are really comfy and it has great air conditioning. It was easy to check in and out, with clear instructions sent via WhatsApp. The staff are really friendly and helpful too. We booked a San blas tour and they kept our big backpacks safe whilst we were away for a night. It’s such great value for money, especially since the breakfast is included and it’s so tasty!
Location is really good - it is not loud, the street is very green and nearby is a nice park. Pool area is ok. Our room had big and comfy bed and air conditioning was working fine.
Overall, excellent value! A pretty good hotel and descent service. The room was very clean, the air conditioning was very good, the bed was quite comfy, the gym was not crowded at all during the morning hours, and very complete. The breakfast was only ok.
