The location was very nice. The staff are nice and friendly. The domestic staff were so lovely and helpful. Beds comfy. After 9 months of travelling Asia I needed a break for a week and doing very little, relax in peace. It was perfect.
Excellent hostel in a Prime location! The owner is super friendly. The beds are super comfy and the hostel has thought of all those small traveler needs. They even provide bed warmers if people want them!
Perfect location for shopping, eating and sightseeing - Okaido to the south, Starbucks to the east, a pleasant short walk to Matsuyama castle to the north and the Saka no Ue no Kumo Museum right beside it. Streetcar stops are right in front of the hotel - also convenient to reach the train station and Dogo Onsen. Room is small but comfy, I had a really nice view of the castle hill. Love the super express kiosk check-out.
Good location. Funny old hotel with radio in the bedhead and old ass 90s TV and decor felt like I was transported to the 90s, lol, very cool. Bed comfy enough. Satisfactory all around
Very clean, comfy place, nice breakfast. It’s close to a park and to the lift that will take you up to the castle. There’s a tram stop almost right in front of the door, that you can use to go to Dogo Onsen. The staff was very nice, especially the kitchen staff during breakfast was always super cute. I would definitely stay there again.
Good service 👍🏻 ! Due to the air conditioning problem in my room, the hotel staff immediately arranged for me to transfer the room, which was very considerate!
