5 minutes from the station and 20 minute walk from the castle, the hotel is value for money. Our room had a small washing machine for our clothes and decent size bathroom. Optional free onsen available. Comfortable beds and slot of usb outlets. They can hold your luggage if you arrive early. Air conditioning available.

The location is perfect. The lady by the reception spoke very good English. The room was comfy for a night. The breakfast was also fine and I was happy because I found espresso in the coffee machine :)

Comfy beds. Fair amount of choices for breakfast. Close to the castle and other things to visit, but about 15 minutes walk from the train station. Staff were all good.

Our stay was lovely - our host was very friendly and stayed later for our check-in due to a train delay. He was very helpful with explaining the room facilities. The room was comfy, and the inn was only a short walk from Matsumoto Castle and convenience stores which was great.

Everything was great, would give it 10 if the beds were a bit more comfy. Breakfast was also delicious.

Very cute place, common room were i have slept the best! Beds are big with a lot of space for your things and thick curtains so that air conditioning does not bother and there is no light in the morning. Very comfy.
