Seriously this place ticks every box. Beautiful Safa welcomed me with a huge smile. The lobby is clean and huge. My room was large, clean, comfy and all facilities were in A1 condition. Black Iris is close to everything; so you can walk. There is probably the best cafe/bookshop in Jordan 200m away: Kawon Once Upon a Time. I actually changed my plans to come back and stay at Black Iris!!!!
Our second visit to Black Iris. It’s a really great place to stay while in Madaba and a good base from which to explore the region. Super friendly hotel with great staff. Really clean and stylish, comfy beds, lots of hot water and Netflix on the TV. There is a good breakfast included and dinner is available. Great location, safe car parking.

Friendly and helpful staff
The minute we entered the hotel, we were greeted with smiley faces and helpful staff. They have private parking and it was walking distance to shops (nice to explore at night). The place was super clean and the beds were comfy. We paid 10JD each for our dinner....the food they prepared were amazing and delicious.
