The location was brilliant: lovely easy walking to everywhere we wanted to visit in beautiful Arezzo. Good restaurants, bars and cafés nearby. And a short walk to the station. Quirky rooms in a lovely old building. Ours was three floors up but we had hand luggage suitcases and small rucksacks only, so no problem! Great comfy bed in a room with a little balcony, a fresco above an old fireplace, and a tiny but beautifully kitted en-suite shower room. No kettle etc but we knew that, and the breakfast with good coffee was generous and good.

The room was small but very cosy, clean, luxurious and very thoughtfully decorated. The host Fabio was very welcoming and informative, he really cared. There were snacks in the room which was nice. The bed was extra comfy and the bathroom good too. The location was great, we walked into town and the restaurant that Fabio recommended was excellent. We enjoyed the town and all it's historical must-see places. Highly recommend it all!

It is a very beautiful place to stay on the outskirts of Arezzo, which is also unexpectedly beautiful. Exceptionally designed rooms that combine tradition and modern comfort. A fine restaurant for breakfast and dinner and a pool and garden with many comfy places to spend the day.

A very secure and comfortable room in a lovely building, very close to both the train station and centre of town. Everything of interest is easily walkable. Bed and pillows were very comfy, and the ensuite was clean and well equipped. Quietest air conditioner ever. Nice view from the balcony.

It was super clean, the parking great. Owners so welcoming and attentive, breakfast fresh and amazing choice. The air conditioning, the terrace, the entrance area….really fantastic value and wonderful hosts and their attention to detail was 1st class

Amazing place, one of the rare cases when the property looked better in life. – Roberta was very helpful and kind – The apartment is super cozy and stylish – The kitchen is really well equipped – Bed is great and the bathroom is super comfy and very clean – There is an AC in each room, but the location of the apartment is so perfect for Italian hot summer, there is no direct sunlight and if you open windows in living room and bedroom the apartment will be cooled naturally

Maurizio, the B&B host, is wonderful! The location also could not be better- right in the center with wonderful restaurants in just minutes (or less!). The B&B room had air conditioning too which was great in the July heat.
