Location, incredible view, nice attentive staff who organised a birthday cake and where there to meet all our requests ASAP. Private pool and at times private beach, very few people. A hammock net overlooking the beach -sunsets, sunrise, would definitely come back and do it again! Very different experience to a villa, worth doing. Please remember this is more of a glamping experience so be nice and don't expect a 5 star hotel.

Very comfy mattress, lots of privacy in the capsules, you get a locker under the bed for free, everything gets cleaned very nicely every day, lots of shops around and not far to the beach, it has a kitchen where you can make your own meals if you like, free water, coffee and tea

It’s ok .. bed comfy enough for sleep and good air conditioning In our room but not in my son room ..the air conditioning is leaking ..we have reported day we check in but it not done til we check out.

The location was perfect - quiet at night, lots of food places 2/3 minutes walking, around 30 minutes walking to the beach, 15 minutes walking to the club/pub street. Room was big, bed was comfy, hot water in the shower and very good air conditioning, beautiful internal design, very very good price. I will go back next time when I will be in Kuta.

This hotel is beautiful and the rooms are well maintained. The beds were comfy and the showers had good pressure and temperature control. The room has all the amenities you could want including good air conditioning with plenty of space. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was of a good quality. The resort is tucked away in a side street but it is less than 5 minutes to the nearest convenience store and Waterbom Park. There are a number of restaurants nearby and it is close to the airport as well.
air conditioning worked really well, bed and pillows were comfy, tv worked well, the pool and the pool area was lovely and clean. All the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful
My last stop in Bali, conveniently close to the airport. The hotel was pricier, but worth it for the fantastic air conditioning. The room service was fast and delicious. Comfy bed and a spacious, lovely shower in the bathroom. Room was quiet and I got great sleep.
We stayed at this location because it was super close to the airport after after a late night arrival. The room was spotlessly clean and a very comfy bed. We were well rested after a good night sleep with no road noise and very cold air conditioning!
