It was a nice family guest house in near Marjanishvili metro station in a picturesque old-town block. The place is really cozy and home-like, the owners are always there to help with any problem. I really loved the spirit of the house and the hospitality of the hotel keepers.
Inside the room there is everything needed - comfy beds, air conditioning, private bathroom with hot water, a teapot and two tables, Wi-Fi connection, etc. Grocery stores and metro station are reachable on foot.

Very nice and helpful staff. Excellent location, great hotel bar / restaurant as well as many good restaurants around. Large very clean snd well equiped room with comfy mega-size bed, soundproof and with great termo isolation and air conditioning. No doubt, it will be my first choice if/when visit Tbilidi again. And try cocktails at hotel bar, those were amazing.
Great location. Very comfy beds and good air conditioning. Nice backyard with grapes and other plants. The owner let us in almost at midnight, and we could also keep our luggage in the guest house a couple of extra hours after check out. Very friendly attitude in general..
The home-made wine we bought from the owner was really good, worth trying.
The room was small, but comfortable. Air conditioning was annoying at times, but once you figure out how it works, it works like a charm, especially with Georgian weather in summer. Place was quiet, bed, really comfy and the shutters can make the room real dark even in the middle of the day, if you need a nap. Rooms are safe, room service is really good!
Clean and comfy appartment (2 bedrooms) with kitchenette and bathroom. Air conditioning in each room. Nice location in Old Tbilisi a few minutes walking to main touristic spots. Opposite the appartment there is no fee parking place along the street, but can be full if you are not lucky. Easy contact with the owner on Whatsup. She gave us some tips and info what to see , where to go in Tbilisi
Very comfy bed already set for me, the room was air-conditioned. The view from the smoking area is great and the WC-showers-kitchen were very clean. Nice people living there, too
