Glamping Pods, a fancy term but to us it meant the freedom to stay or leave as we chose, to chill outside on the lawn or relax in front of the television, without the stress of noisy neighbours, packed breakfast halls or expensive car parks. Although not on the absolute edge of the coastline, the view of the sea was still inspiring and soothing and we enjoyed many evenings having a drink or a game of Scrabble with the distant sound of the waves and the occasional squawking seagull overhead. Despite visiting in June, we encountered no pesky midges or mosquitoes. The pods are clean, well-thought out and simultaneously snug and roomy. After spending many hours on the coastline trails or at nearby beaches, we found the shower to be a godsend. The pods are in near proximity to Port Isaac (obviously), Boscastle, Tintagel, Ponzeath and many, many more noteworthy nooks and crannies. These little pods are simply wonderful and the pictures you will see on the website are accurate. What you see is what you get. We look forward to visiting again!
