it was a lovely caravan beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was really helpful with any questions we had and made us feel really welcome in their property. there was Netflix and wifi and a lovely balcony and bbq outside for our use. Rockley Park is a lovely spot to have a caravan and it has many activities and beautiful scenery to enjoy . We all loved staying there and would definitely stay there again if we were in the UK.

What a great place, could not ask for anything else, Julian provides everything you could possibly need for your stay, do bring your own bed sheets and pillow slips though. The location is exceptional with toilets and showers on site, and a very short distance from the hut but also, far enough away! The kitchen is fully equipped and we made good use of the teapot. Plenty of torches everywhere and lanterns for the balcony, a BBQ, deck chairs, wind break, umbrella, amazing.
Bring a push bike with big paniers if you have the room, for popping to the shops...no vehicles allowed on the Spit. The land train and ferry do not start up until the end of the month, FYI.
Up on the mezzanine level are two double futons with feather pillows and quilts and a very comfy mattress. And the best view through the window as you awaken and the sound of the waves to fall asleep to.
There are board games and beach buckets and spades for the kids, equipment for kayaking, fishing, body boards, a brolly..the list is surprisingly endless considering the size...it's like the tardis.

Staying in Narcissus 11 was a wonderful first caravan experience. The caravan was immaculately clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen easy to use and well stocked with cooking utensils. Poppy left some biscuits, milk and there was tea and coffee in the kitchen which was nice to arrive to. The caravan is close to amenities and the inclusion of passes to the pool(s) was wonderful. Not having stayed one night we didn’t make use of the other amenities but it looked like there was a range of activities on offer for longer stays.

Helpful staff, fun and vibrant rooms (nautical themed of course!), comfy sofa bed for our son, small fridge and air conditioning in bedrooms, fab location and of course, all supporting a VERY worthwhile charity / organisation.
Excellent location. Easy walking distance of good restaurants and quay. Secure onsite parking. Comfy bed and good shower. Clean and well equipped. Balcony was good to sit out.
Good communication from owner. Felt it was good value compared to others in area. Parking right outside. Very clean. Comfy bed and choice of pillows. 10 min walk from Hamworthy beach which was quiet even in August. We did kayaking there too. 10 min walk from Quay for bars and restaurants. Bus stop up the road if you want to go further afield. Shop over the road. All we needed for a weekend stay.
The property was in a really good area, located near the Rockley Park facilities, not too far so was perfect and it was quiet enough. The beds were comfy, although had a blood stain and hairs on them.
The bedroom was very comfortable, nicely decorated, clean and quiet. We liked the bathroom, mattress and bedding, lighting, plentiful electric sockets, comfy armchairs, air conditioning, fridge. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent for the beach, park and shops (great deli). Food was nice. Garden seating was great for a sunny day and even a rainy day in the covered areas.
The whole site was incredibly well thought out with the family pods and yurts being located close to the park and with toilet blocks within a short distance. Everything was exceptionally clean and the toilet block was kept well heated into the evening too! The site had thought of the little things that make camping an amazing experience and we’re on hand to help whenever help was needed! A superb location and a truly incredible stay!
The glamping pods were lovely, spacious and clean. We booked two pods, and they had 2 adults and 2 children in both and suited the family perfectly. Cannot fault it at all, the facilities were great, the space was great, the staff were great and the location was perfect! Only a 14 minute drive to sandbanks. Would also recommend the barn next to it for breakfast but the manor itself gives your loads of suggestions on where to visit and what to do too!
