Clean,friendly, good food, polite helpful staff, couldn’t ask for more. The beds were really comfy and the pillows were soft and comfy. There was an iron and ironing board, a safe in the room, and a variety of hot and cold drinks along side a coffee machine with pods.

We liked the comfy beds, the complimentary shower gel & kitchen items such as coffee pods, water & milk. We found the 2 members of staff exceptionally helpful & courteous, especially Patrick on reception.

Amazing staff. Got some wine and Easter egg on arrival. Staff were fast with checking us in. So many items free of charge. Room was amazing, great view. Had tea and coffee free of charge and had actual milk not the little pods. The room was clean, bed was comfy, no noise. Great location your in the heart of Manchester.

The staff were superb and provided us with detailed information on the hotel facilities. Location-wise, this was perfect for us and is away from the main road, so very quite. The room was great with super comfy beds and the all-important working air conditioning. The bar was well stocked and the prices same as the local pubs and was open until 3am....

Room was spacious with a nice lounge area. Tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge available. Bed was very comfy. Shower was brilliant - very good water pressure. Room also had air conditioning - not necessarily a big demand this time of year but hotel was warm so nice to have it available. TV was really good - new with built in apps like Netflix, Youtube etc.

Clean, great facilities and attention to detail in the rooms - nespresso machine and coffee pods, lovely toiletries and warm, comfy bedding. Spacious and in a nice quiet location just under 10 min walk from the city centre. Staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Great breakfast too.

The location was central. Decent room. Nice kitchenette. Secure entry access. Free mulled wine for the guests! Nice view of the city. Lots of lovely complimentary stuff like Nespresso pods, milk, water. Well equipped kitchenette with high end kitchen appliances. Nice touch screen panel for operating lights/ air conditioning
