The room was well equipped and comfortable. Nespresso machine and a few coffee pods, crockery, cutlery, glassware. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, the bed was really comfy and the windows open so you could get some fresh air - I hate hotel rooms with windows that don't open! Fabulous location, and really quite during the night 👍🏻

I loved space and staff were so helpful It was located right in the heart of Liverpool beside Liverpool one and the docks where there are Art galleries and museums! Beds were comfy and the decor was wonderful and added to the stay There was also beautiful sash windows in both the bedroom and sitting room which gave great light Highly recommend posh pads

The Pods were comfy and everyone is super lovely! I got some great inputs about what to do in Liverpool by Tim and Anna! I enjoyed staying a lot and would definitely come again.

The room was a good size and was quite posh for the price. We had a lovely whirlpool bath that could fit two people and a beautiful suspended rainfall kind of shower head. The beds were comfy, too. Amazing lobby! (giant gorilla and holiday lights in summer? Wow) We're not soccer (football) fans so the football quotes everywhere in the hotel (walls and such) were a little unusual but we liked it. We were sorry we were only staying one night!

This is simply a stunning hotel. The service eas first class. The room was clean and inviting. Gorgeous bathroom with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Your own Nespresso coffee machine with pods for a great coffee. Very comfy bed and pleased to see thin duvets for the hot weather although the air conditioning worked very effectively. The hotel bar had great service for food and drink. I would highly recommend this hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
