We arrived and the pod was all lit up and the heater was on which was lovely. It was so easy to check in and the staff were friendly. Hot tub was amazing and more private than I thought it would be which was great. Will defo come back!
Glamping (glamorous + camping) sites are where you can camp with modern and luxurious facilities. If you are looking for a getaway in nature but don’t want to give up your luxuries, this is ideal for you.
On arrival we were allowed to park up ½ hour earlier than the booking.
As we were celebrating our second anniversary the receptionist gave us two complimentary drinks, that were great.
Very comfy bed and very handy that we could open the window to cool the room down as air conditioning would only go down to 18ºc, so we switched the aircon off and just had the window open the whole time.
We stayed at Seel Street apts. Supposedly an upgrade. But right next door to a night club. But beds very comfy. Good air conditioning. Lots of towels. Iron and ironing board.
Location was great, easy check in, everything looked clean. Staff were freindly and helpfull, view from room was nice. Breakfast was OK. Theres air conditioning which was really needed. Good size rooms and comfy.
For what we paid you can't complain
We loved Novotel and enjoyed our stay very much. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a lovely view and a comfy king-size bed. The facilities were excellent and the staff were all lovely, curtious and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location with a nice restaurant and bar. Check out at 12pm is very generous and made our morning much more enjoyable as we weren't rushing to get out on time. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
The location was great right next to the train station very central to restaurants bars and local attractions the hotel was fabulous greeted by friendly staff we had booked a superior room with a veiw near to the ground floor the room was quite small but it was clean and the bed was very comfy with a lovely bathroom with a large walk in shower tea coffee facilities were provided and there was a fridge as well we also had air conditioning which was a bonus with the warm weather.
The room was well equipped and comfortable. Nespresso machine and a few coffee pods, crockery, cutlery, glassware. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, the bed was really comfy and the windows open so you could get some fresh air - I hate hotel rooms with windows that don't open! Fabulous location, and really quite during the night 👍🏻

It was located right in the heart of Liverpool beside Liverpool one and the docks where there are Art galleries and museums!
Beds were comfy and the decor was wonderful and added to the stay
There was also beautiful sash windows in both the bedroom and sitting room which gave great light

This is simply a stunning hotel. The service eas first class. The room was clean and inviting. Gorgeous bathroom with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Your own Nespresso coffee machine with pods for a great coffee. Very comfy bed and pleased to see thin duvets for the hot weather although the air conditioning worked very effectively. The hotel bar had great service for food and drink. I would highly recommend this hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
