Loved everything about the place. Such a beautiful setting. Travelled with 5 children aged 2, 4, 10, 11 & 13 and an autistic adult, all the staff we very helpful, polite and welcoming to us all. Highly recommended will most definitely be back

    Clean and comfy, everything was set up to welcome us including the table being set with the lovely addition of child cutlery and crockery all laid out with high chair awaiting our arrival. Host was so kind and thoughtful, a wonderful base to explore the local area

    Location was ideal for a last minute overnight in order to be near to the office for a work event. Instructions great and host checked in to see if I had received them. Easy to find. Comfy bed and useful kitchenette. Spotlessly clean throughout.

    We were looking for somewhere with 4 single rooms and this place fitted the bill. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Breakfast was great with lots of choice and staff were really friendly.

    Really comfy space, little touch with the biscuit, crisps & porridge left for me. Also enjoyed the coffee machine with pods. Overall a lovely place to stay, in a great location. Would highly recommend.

    The property was warm, cosy and clean. Perfect facilities and a comfy bed. It was right in the centre of town and we enjoyed not having the responsibility of the door keys. It was also nice they left wash pods and some bits in the fridge for us too!

    It only took us 15 minutes to walk into Leamington. We had a comfy king-size bed and large bathroom with shower. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient.

    Me and my friends visited from Essex to meet with a friend who has moved up to Leamington. We stayed in apartment 6 at Chestnut Court and it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were big and comfortable and the sofa bed was easy to assemble and also very comfy - not like standard sofa beds that are typically stiff! It was clean with a nice added touch of coffee pods, tea, sugar & biscuits! The host, Peter, was ever so attentive and quick to respond when I had a query.
