We had a wonderful stay here to celebrate our son's 5th birthday. The resort offered a variety of engaging activities for young children, making it a perfect family getaway. We especially appreciated the onsite soft play area, which kept our little one entertained for a while, as well as the spacious outdoor areas that provided plenty of opportunities for exploration and play.
Our cabin, while compact, was thoughtfully designed and didn’t feel cramped at all. The comfortable bed ensured that we enjoyed a great night’s sleep, recharging us for another day of fun. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

The rustic feel of a shepherds hut, it had good amenities, the hot tub was perfect, heated up very quickly. The log burner makes everything seem so much cosier. Gloria was lovely, very friendly.

Glamping (glamorous + camping) sites are where you can camp with modern and luxurious facilities. If you are looking for a getaway in nature but don’t want to give up your luxuries, this is ideal for you.
The house on the hill is in a perfect location! We parked the car up and didn’t need it once the whole stay. The pics are probably a little outdated. But the beds were comfy and it had everything we needed.
Spotlessly clean and tidy, easy to find.
Fantastic location.
Tiny but beautifully designed and well equipped.
Lovely to have a coffee machine with complementary pods.
Big comfy beds and a loo with a view! Spotted the Westbury white horse in the distance.
A lovely log cabin with everything you need, also had complimentary milk, biscuits and wine on arrival. 1 bedroom with really comfy large bed and sofa bed in the living area which we used. Good bathroom. Had everything we needed. Although in owners garden it was very private. Had seating area outside and parking. Good location for Frome town centre which you can easily walk to. All good
We had a perfect one night stay in Maud's cabin which was a great experience - so peaceful under starlit skies. Great facilities, lovely host and a warm welcome (with cake and food for breakfast included). Comfy bed and bedding. Would love to return :)
This beautiful cabin has everything needed for a short break.
Very comfy bed!
It was ideal for our weekend visiting friends close by. Friendly, attentive host - nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back soon
Magical place - has completely changed my idea of camping! Eco friendly, shabby chic glamping!
Met with a glass of Prosecco on arrival, plus logs and kindling for the log burner, huge tent with large comfortable double bed , plenty of plug sockets and our very own tree at the end of the bed! Plenty of showers and toilets , tents well spaced out and lit by a sea of fairy lights at night. Delicious breakfast, including filter coffee excellent value for two of us, delivered to our tent! All this and only mins drive to Longleat…
Glamping is,by the very name, meant to be glamorous camping.
So on to the hut. As expected, very basic. The best part was the bed. I love the countryside BUT I detested this place.
