    Staff were all fantastic - a lovely warm welcome, and attentive without being intrusive. Food was fantastic despite being a limited menu evening. Comfy bed and a quiet room. Ideal.

    The location of the flat is great, a couple of nice bars and places to eat close by. Parked in the residents parking, did have a couple of notes left on my car to say it was for residents only, but once I'd written a note and left inside my car that I was a resident, no other notes were left. Easy to walk around and get to all the places we wanted in Burnley. Clear instructions on how to enter the flat. Really comfy bed.

    The property was convenient to get into - with a code emailed a couple of hours before arrival for both the outside door and a lockbox with the property keys in. The room was comfy, clean and in a very convenient location for the football stadium.

    Little touches for us and the dog. Location and views. Private yard, parking. Comfy beds. Decor and crockery. Everything was clean and sparkling. So homely and boxes of legs for the children who visited to play with.

    The breakfast selection was really good. It was decent grub too! The added touch of the doggy sausage was most welcome! The room itself was very comfy, although a fan wouldn't have gone amiss as it was a warm night even with the windows open. Also, a shower where I'm not having to crouch to fit under was just the tops! Very happy with that! The room we had came complete with access to the roof terrace, felt right posh having brekkie out there!! We look forward to paying it the Lawrence another visit!
