Lovely hotel in a great location just above the old town - a short walk to the steps and lift access, and right next to the Rocher des Aigles birds of prey park too (which we visited while waiting to check in). The swimming pool is great. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Excellent air conditioning in the rooms too. Free parking at the hotel which was a big plus too.
Lovely location in the countryside about 10 minutes drive to Rocamadur. We chose to eat in the restaurant which was decent … it also has a comfy bar. The room was quite small for two of us and our luggage but very quiet…
What a little gem of a place comfy beds with own sitting room / area 👍 James the owner is a proper gentleman and an amazing cook we had a fantastic meal which was a god send after a long drive.

The setting of the hotel within the trees is lovely. Very modern inside with very friendly knowledge staff. Walk out the back garden straight onto a viewing platform for the valley with magnificent views of the castle.
Easy to find a restaurant in town with a nice walk back. Then a comfy bed for a sound sleep.
We enjoyed our 2 nights at Camping les Cigales. The mobile cabin was clean and fresh and well presented if a little compact. Nice outdoor deck and a quiet safe environment. Bonus of swimming pools and pastries/baguettes to order for breakfast and lovely people running the camp. Easy walking to Rocamadour village.
