The owners, very nice and friendly. The house very nicely furnished and cosy, with of elements country style and some of them from some decades ago, what was great to appreciate. The staff were amazing, apart from one guy. The swimming pool kept kids entertained. Lovely setting in a pine forest, peaceful and relaxing.
Glamping (glamorous + camping) sites are where you can camp with modern and luxurious facilities. If you are looking for a getaway in nature but don’t want to give up your luxuries, this is ideal for you.
Breakfast was very good. Lovely fresh bread and croissants, charcuterie, yoghurt, cereal and orange juice. Bed was large and comfortable and we were thankful for the air conditioning.

This hotel was PERFECT for what we wanted . . . a clean comfortable place to stop on route to Spain.
Beds were super comfy and the secure parking was less than 100yds away ... 10/10 all round !
This was, for us, just a stopover between Caen and Spain. It fullfilled that role well having parking and a bar for a quick shandy on our arrival. It has air conditioning and given the 32+ degrees that was very welcome. As it happens the excellent restaurant I had chosen, and booked, for dinner was an easy short walk. (Le Petit Bouchon).
