At the first I wasn’t happy because I excepted more of facilities but the stuff are super , they are very friendly and so kind people , if I decide to come again I will come because of the stuff which they do everything they can to make us happy and comfy
The room provided was on the ground floor next to the pool with a small garden. Even though we didn't get time to use the pool, sitting in the garden was relaxing. The room had a lounge with a sofa and a table which was convenient to laze around. The bed was comfy too. The staffs were friendly and accommodated a last-minute change of date request (in spite of their policy not allowing changes or cancellations) due to my flight being canceled.

The apartment is really nice and comfy. We met the owner Monem: an amazing person! He gave us some advices and bought us some sodas and other stuffs for the place, took us to the private beach and organized us our trip to Siwa Oasis. You can ask him everything! Really recommend going there.

The place is distinguished, easy to access, cleanliness is good to some extent, but needs more attention. The air conditioning is excellent. The rooms are spacious and large. There is no problem with water, like most places. The speed of response and assistance. There is a mosque in the chalet. There is a prayer rug, covers and mattresses for the bed.
Those responsible for the accommodation are so respectful that they contacted to check on ❤
