Breakfast was good, the staff were lovely. Great location. The beds were fairly comfy and they were happy to store our luggage after check out. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. It’s in a really good location close to lots of lovely restaurants and the metro station.
It's a nice, boutique hotel. The rooms are nice, the bathroom is also nice, although very small, there is hot water in the shower, the air conditioning works, the internet is OK. In the hotel there is a swimming pool (water is freezing cold!) with some tables and chairs, coffee is served all day long. The breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant, it is tasty, varied and colourful.
Used the hotel as a base between flights up and down Chile. Comfy beds, friendly staff, decent restaurants and bar on site. Pool was closed for repainting which was a shame, but it looked nice when it was finished :-) The local bus was a short walk away, and the shuttle connected us to back to the airport for our flights and for catching the Centropuerto into town. No problem with storing luggage after you've checked out.

Walter the bar manager was friendly and had great customer service for a relaxing evening watching sports on TV and enjoyed a snack meal.
Great location from the airport, they let me check in really early which was great. The room was comfy all around. Staff were amazing and the food was really nice too!
Average hotel for the price. It has a good location, within walking distance to the Metro station and Santiago Central Mosque. The rooms are nice and clean, with comfy beds. The breakfast is average, and the staff are very friendly. The staff are also helpful, and one of them speaks English.
Comfy bed, good kitchen, having 2 rooms makes it such a better experience than a hotel. It is essentially a hotel without someone coming into your room daily.
They let us leave our bags after check out. On site washer and dryer that you can pay to use.
Ana Maria is amazing. She was so helpful and kind to us, just a lovely person.
I would go back here in a heartbeat
Amazing location in city centre, large comfy room, air conditioning, wonderful breakfast - one the best we’ve had in Chile.
