Everything was up to our expectations. We went to a birthday party in the afternoon at Ourimbah and needed to stay overnight as we live at Belmont. The room was very comfy but did need the air conditioning on because we could not open window. But other than that we were very happy with our short stay
My only complaint is that the air conditioning unit was not working. It was quite cold in the room, as the floor was tiled throughout; hence, my first night was not very pleasant. I rang the next day to request an extra blanket but no one answered the phone. The second night was passable because I piled coats and jackets on me! Otherwise, ok accommodation that was very clean. The bed and pillows were comfy, but there should have been extra blankets available. And the hot water was strong and plentiful; I needed that to warm up!
