The facilities were amazing, the whole resort is beautiful. Stayed here for almost a week and sad to leave. Will definitely come back!

It also features an outdoor swimming pool with a children's area as well as an oceanfront hot tub. Loved our full suite, the grounds, facilities, location in proximity to the ocean, the cat mascot (hehe), yes the roosters and chickens, fabulous restaurant (excellent food and service), the staff (so friendly, helpful and professional), surrounding area (market and small grocery store).

Over 4 days we tried everything on the menu including breakfast tacos, three eggs, waffles and lobster benedict. The waiters and waitresses were wonderful and friendly, especially Koko and Marlina!

Each spacious villa at the Marriott's Kauai Lagoons - Kalanipu'u is furnished with a full kitchen and multiple bathrooms. All villas are decorated with island-styles and include multiple flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi and an in-unite washer/dryer. A separate dining area and living room with sofa bed are also included. The ocean view villa and balcony was spacious. We were very comfortable and the shower had amazing water pressure. It was a very relaxing stay.

A private Hawaiian-style patio is offered in each studio apartment. Coffee-making facilities are also available. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Good choice of restaurants within a walking distance. Sunrise from the courtyard was incredible. Breakfast to go was handy - sugary cereal, fruit, yogurt etc. The roosters let us sleep till 5:30 which was generous compared to roosters in different part of the island.
