The staff speaks excellent English, they suggested a good restaurant to me, the rooms are clean, newly renovated. In my opinion, the hotel corresponds to 4 stars. The elevator works great, the room I got was very spacious. The hotel is 600 meters from the metro. I was pleasantly surprised at the low price for such a room.
Excellent renovation (done a couple of years ago). In principle, everything is modern, the room has a microwave, a refrigerator, a stove with 2 burners, and everything you need for staying away from home. It was great that there was an elevator, bathroom amenities and room cleaning upon request. The location is good, up to 10 minutes to the tram/bus stop that takes you to the city center, about 15-20 minutes walk uphill to Istiklal Street.
We had an exceptional stay at this Istanbul hotel with a prime location! View of the Blue Mosque from our room was exceptional and the roof terrace is breathtaking. The staff, Yunus & Berat, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Their hospitality and attentiveness truly made my experience unforgettable. We stayed in the Deluxe golden horn previously and the rooms here a much more modern compared. Will definitely be back!
Great location, and kind staff. They let us check in a bit earlier and we could leave our bags after check out for a few hours. The room was modern and comfy with quality furniture. It is perfect if you want to spend your time near the famous attractions since the hotel is next to Istiklal Street.
The breakfast was mixed continental / oriental. Exceptionally friendly staff at the reception, rooms very clean and modern; I believe the hotel has been renovated lately. The location close to the University is easy to reach and the old city center is close enough to reach most attractions by foot.
This hotel made a good impression on me at first sight and confirmed it until the moment of my departure. Its location is very convenient - a beautiful view from the windows, close to transport, shops and attractions. The interior design is modern and stylish. But the biggest value of the hotel is the attentive, friendly, welcoming and professional staff. Among the shortcomings there is the monotonous breakfast and the poor quality of bed linen and towels.

Perfect location, all the city sights and good restaurants are within walking distance. Friendly staff, everyday cleaning. The room had everything we needed: very comfortable bed, spacious wardrobe, lots of light and fully renovated modern bathroom with good water pressure, which is surprising for city centre.
