The hotel is the best one among the hotels around it, I tried all the 3 stars and 4 stars hotels in Kizilay, and this one is one of the top among them, also one of the cheapest, you will get a cheap hotel and a perfect location and the hotel rooms quality is good.

The location of the hotel is perfect: close to Goreme city centre and with great views to the hot air balloons. The staff is also extraordinary - they are gentle and always available to help us with our needs. They have also booked top quality tours all over Cappadocia for us. The rooms is large, clean and comfortable. Definitely, I would stay there again.
The receptionist was friendly and spoke good English. He also helped us to find some information. Reasonable location, about 10 minutes walk from a tram station with easy access to the bus station and city centre. The towels were large and of good quality.

I was traveling for work and enjoyed my stay at Niza a lot. They allowed me to check in early in the morning which I was very grateful for. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Ilkin at the front office! The hotel's location is excellent, close to the city center and it is in a good quality neighborhood with nice restaurants around. The facilities are modern, the breakfast is good and the terrace is just awesome. Highly recommended!
