The people working at the front desk are nice. The location was a bit farther from the city center than our expectations but it was still walkable and close enough. Parking opportunity was important.
Receptionist was helpful especially working in day time and terrace was nice. Location was olin the city center.

Room and bathroom are tiny, but they have everything you need and provide enough comfort. Location was good for us, loads of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby, near the motorway, but far from Bursa city centre. Breakfast was ok.
