The quality in everything! The situation in the middle of the mountains, very wild and quiet, the staff, the restaurant and lounge area, the spa was amazing. Every single thing was amazing and I strongly recommend to everyone!

It was a 10 out of 10. A beautiful apartment, stylish and nicely decorated, in a perfect location in the city center but in a quiet street with parking options in the public street. It was clean and fully equipped. The host was helpful and kind. We were sorry we couldn't stay more days!
Excellent location in the city centre, beautiful views of the whole town from the balcony. Superb lobby and generous spaces everywhere. Despite the central location the noise level is not disturbing at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast excellent, a lot of choices and great quality - I think it is these two elements that could warrant the five stars, the rest of the hotel is rather on a 4-star level.
The room was very stylish, "old-style" but still modern, and everything was clean. We also liked the balcony. The location is absolutely perfect to see the city center, the Black Church etc., as the hotel is located right across from Piața Unirii. There are also many nice restaurants around the square.
The location is top-notch, right in the city center, close to the main attractions and restaurants. I loved the design of the hotel, very modern and stylish and everything is brand new. Nothing to complain about the cleanliness, I found my room spotless every day. The breakfast was great - plenty to choose from and good quality. Bonus points for the terrace, I loved to have my coffee there and get a bit of sun, too. The staff was very helpful, and the welcoming drink was a very nice touch!

Absolutely great location, right in the city center, in a building that is over 400 years old, so beautiful renovated, keeping the historical atmosphere but with all the modern facilities at the same time. We had two rooms, one was average size, one was a bit smaller, but enough for what we needed. Both rooms were nice and cosy. The food in the restaurant of the hotel was delicious. Very good breakfast. Very good value for money. We’ll definitely stay there again when we visit the city.
The apartment and entire building are extremely modern, everything is new and of excellent quality, up to the highest standards. The beds are ultra comfortable with fluffy duvets and sateen bedsheets. The location is perfect, right in the city center, on one of the nicest streets in Piatra Neamt.
