But not so expensive and very original. The hotel is built right into the rock, beautiful internal marble interiors, beautiful views of the coast, but the main thing is the excellent team of the general manager Waldo (sorry if I write the name wrong). We got a bit noisy room, but after my request he found a better one for us. Although they had to bring an extra bed there for this. It features a small wellness area ,an infinity pool and a privately owned beach. What a beautiful hotel, with incredible views. I thought our room was incredible, big and bright with easy access to the pool. The terrace is also stunning.

Rooms are decorated in a traditional Mediterranean style and have Vietri tiled bathrooms. All are equipped with mini bar. The host and the stuff were very friendly

The location couldn't be better - just a 5-minute walk to the ferry docks and right in the heart of everything. The convenience of having the beach just across the street was a definite highlight. The room exceeded my expectations in terms of size and cleanliness, making my experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast was tasty. The breakfast area was perfectly located overlooking the beach and the coast. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Residence for its prime location, attentive staff, and comfortable accommodations.

Just a few steps away you will find a small quiet beach. Stunning hotel. Has a lift from road down to reception....no stairs. Easy walk from road to beach and port. No need to use stairs if you don't want to. Room was stunning with beautiful views and very clean. Lovely breakfast included. Highly recommend

Hotel Savoia has been in the family for 3 generations. It has a fantastic location in Positano, next to popular Mulini Square and 200 metres from the beach.

The hotel combines modern comforts like Wi-Fi access with the charm of its original design, with impressive vaulted ceilings and tiled floors. Each room is complete with Satellite TV and air conditioning, plus a French balcony or terrace. Hotel Savoia is an actual hotel in one of the main streets of Positano, slightly up the hill, but wonderfully located in terms on walking, luggage and access. To provide some context my wife and I moved our luggage (two carry ons, a medium luggage, and a backpack) from the port to the hotel mid summer. It is like a 15-20 minute walk from the port to the hotel if you are carrying luggage but it’s a totally doable journey. You can also always use the Positano porters who can bring your bags all the way to the hotel. Location is one of the most important things to consider while staying at Positano, hence Hotel Savoia becomes a great option to stay. Hotel Savoia is a very nice hotel with multiple floors, rooms, a restaurant and a bar. This is a full complex with very attentive and helpful staff. The room is impecable, clean, comfortable bed, very nice sheets and pillows and a very good bathroom and shower. A/C works perfectly as well as wifi. Our room had a private terrace with beautiful views to the Positano mountain. Even when the nightly rate is expensive, it’s is definitely worth it, taking into consideration how expensive Positano is in general, and how good the location and the overall hotel is. We would completely recommend staying at Hotel Savoia
