Everyone who worked at Pleasant Hill Resort was friendly and helpful - from the reception staff to the restaurant and cleaning staff to the drivers and the manager, Vinod. Additionally, the food and service was excellent; I especially loved the fresh avocado juice for breakfast. The room was clean and spacious and the view was spectacular. Our stay was peaceful and so memorable. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this place to anyone!

Food was excellent - we had dinner there every night and the vegetarian fixed menu was tasty, varied and beautifully presented. The jeep ride through the estate was informative and great fun, as was the bird walk with Gayathri. All the staff were helpful and friendly. A peaceful and relaxing stay in a remarkably beautiful setting - what more could you ask for?

Staying at Xotel was an experience I'll never forget. The hotel's sleek and modern design immediately caught my eye, and the warm welcome from the staff made me feel right at home. My staying at Four Seasons was truly memorable! The hotel was really top notch, also compared to other luxury facilities throughout South India. It combines effectively antique and modern stylish elements, both in common spaces and in the room, which was large, comfy, and charming. The real strenght, though, was the cooking: both breakfast and (especially) dinner offered varied buffet featuring at least five-six different culinary traditions (Indian and international), with really top-quality dishes. We could not have asked for anything more!
Indian hospitality at its best - the staff provided top service to us. Rooms were spacious and modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good too despite some waiting time to get a table but it is worth it. The location of the hotel makes most attractions in Chennai city centre reachable within a 10-15 minutes auto ride. The hotel allowed late checkout at a reasonable fee - due to our flight departing at midnight
We had excellent experience here. Certainly the better 5 star, rooms were very comfortable. High quality breakfast. Great location in city center. Staffs were very polite and helpful.
