I've stayed in many hotels throughout Ireland & I would rate the Athlone Springs Hotel as the No.1 for hospitality & service. A special mention to Nicole in conference & events who is an absolute asset to the team & has made all my booking a breeze to organise. A number of golf courses can also be reached within a 10-minute drive. Beautiful property in the most picturesque location about 10 minutes from Athlone. Hosts were delightful.

The Mill Bar was a lovely property, and the rooms were thoroughly quiet, even though there was a lively bar below. I patronized the bar the night I was there and it had a wonderful atmosphere. The room was comfortable, clean, and exactly what I was looking for for one night's stay. Furthermore, Teresa was a friendly, helpful hostess. The breakfast was top notch.
