Located in Les Portes-en-Ré, Le Phare features 2 heated pools one of which is covered. The camping is 30 metres from the beach. Bike excursions, visits of local producers, aquagym, and fitness lessons in the fitness room can be enjoyed on site all year long. As non- French I didn’t know what quite to expect when visiting Le Phare and Ile de Ré, but the photos look promising which is why we even decided to go to Les Portes en Ré. And I have to say Le Phare topped my expectations!! The site is beautiful, with a lot of greenery, two pools, very close to two beaches… the huts very comfortable and very private. The restaurant is also great and the staff was very welcoming and kind. One can rent bikes and visit other places on the island which I highly recommend!

This hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, heated from mid-April to mid-September depending on weather conditions. Set in a garden, it offers a terrace, a bar and a paid private parking. The whole property is a non smoking property even outdoors. fantastic staff who were very accommodating with late meals, drinks and sorting taxis. The facilities and pool are lovely, and the rooms are super clean.
