This may be my favorite hotel. Everything was perfect - beautiful property, comfortable and spacious room, lovely pool and spa, incredible buffet breakfast overlooking the lake, very kind staff, 2 min walk to the beach. It was a bit of a splurge for us but worth it!

Everything. Can't bit the location. The hotel has been recently renovated, and the so the decor is modern, fresh. Probably nicest bathroom we have seen at the hotel for a long time. Very nice young vibe throughout the stay with an amazing rooftop bar and swimming pool.

Excellent location 10 mins walk from village and 4 min drive to Princesse lift on other side with access to main Megeve ski slopes (900 parking places and ski hire). Beautiful modern renovation of apartment with feature wooden panel walls and parquet floor, modern, tasteful shower room & kitchen fully equipped and complimentary welcome biscuits. Extremely clean. Charming garden. This is an excellent apartment just renovated and a lovely and helpful owner. Clean linen and fresh white towels. Highly recommended.
Modern and renovated building, as well as this apt. Convenient, location close to CMX Sud where all the ski-buses stops, as well as other buses. 3 min walk. There are one bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, as well as a bed sofa for two in the Livingroom (the red one in the pictures) . Garage in the basement! Elevator to the apt on the third floor. Good ski storage room on ground floor , that have good ventilation that dries out boots and skies
Newly renovated, lovely, quirky interior. Felt very modern and relaxed. Staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was such good value for money. Amazing location and fantastic views.
The hotel is very stylish and modern. The room was spacious and comfortable. My son enjoyed the two-level space and a huge cupboard with a ladder as a playground. Breakfast was delicious, with a fantastic variety of food. The dinners in the restaurant were great. Once it was a Spanish dinner with flamenco and freshly cooked paella. There is a playground near the restaurant zone, that is always a great idea. The hotel is a great location to travel around the Chamonix Valley with big parking.
location was great as close to lake and old town. However is right on the main Annecy to Doussard road and so is VERY noisy - near constant horns beeping. View from living room is spectacular. Modern stylish kitchen Separate toilet and bathroom -common in France. Electric shutters Good storage
Very convenient location within walking distance of city centre and bus and train stations. Well appointed modern rooms and public areas. Buffet breakfast superb. Dinner - quality of food excellent, veal T-bone to be recommended, raclette huge portion! . Wonderful view towards Mt Blanc from room 608. Staff most helpful.
