The hotel is 5 km from the European Parliament and a 10-minute walk from the train station. Public parking is available nearby at an additional cost, reservation is mandatory and there is a valet parking service at the hotel. We had the top floor room and windows looking out to see the cathedral. The room was pretty and clean. The staff are friendly and easy going. We went there around Xmas period so everything was decorated beautifully. Our room does not have a bath tub but was alright. This hotel is at the heart of Strasbourg, which means it is easy to get around the area. Lots of shops, restaurants etc.

Excellent and warm service from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff. We could not find our way to the hotel (the hotel did send us very specific instructions before hand) but we didn’t take note of it - really our fault not the hotel. They were very helpful in resolving the issue and had no problem the following day. I would like to thank Sebastián for all his assistance as well as for the other front desk staff. Great restaurant recommendations too. 😃 We highly recommend this hotel!

The area is popular for skiing and snorkelling, and ski equipment hire is available at this 4-star apartment. Cycling and fishing can be enjoyed nearby, while a car rental service and a ski pass sales point are also available on-site. Location was great and our host included some snacks and beverages as well. Air conditioning throughout the apartment was excellent!
