The hotel is 5 km from the European Parliament and a 10-minute walk from the train station. Public parking is available nearby at an additional cost, reservation is mandatory and there is a valet parking service at the hotel. The staff was fantastic, caring, and very helpful. On the evening of our arrival, we had a bit of trouble with our Covid certificate and couldn’t get into a restaurant. Late at night, Sophie helped us to fix the certificate (just an IT problem) AND ran to their on site kitchen to make sure we didn’t go to bed hungry. The rest of the staff was just as friendly and sweet during the rest of our trip. Thank you Sophie and staff at Le Bouclier D’or!

The hotel manager drove us to the airport as the shuttle was going to be late! I believe this kind, friendly man set the tone for the whole establishment!! The property, housed in a building dating from 18th century, is 2.8 km from Colmar Expo and 200 metres from Colmar Little Venice. The check in was very easy to coordinate. Laurence, the host gave us a very warm and friendly welcome to the place and the city itself. She is a very kind person. The apartment was very clean, cozy, good facilities and a lot of charme :) It has a fantastic location, in the middle of the old town and only about 10-15 min walking distance to the train station. We had a wonderful time and I can only recommend this apartment!

We have stayed in many apartments but this one in Colmar has to be a favourite. It is located in the city center with views of the city on three sides. It is a bright, spacious and very clean apartment, beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped so we could prepare meals easily. However, there are many great restaurants just steps away. The owner provided clear directions with photos of how to enter the apartment and was very responsive to our questions. You will enjoy staying here!

Located in the old town, Staedel in the heart of the northern Vosges,100 metres from the Château de la Petite Pierre, Les Chambres - Au Grès du marché provides a restaurant and free WiFi.

The units come with parquet floors and feature a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a dining area, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a private bathroom with shower and a hairdryer. A microwave, a fridge and oven are also provided, as well as a kettle and a coffee machine. We adore this Gite. The location is stunning - right in the old town of La Petite-Pierre (which is gorgeous). The rooms are well decorated and the beds are super comfy. We've stayed three times now (we use it as an overnight stop when visiting family in France) and we usually take a triple room as this is a suitable size for two adults and a baby. The owners are really helpful and kind and, in our experience, are quick to respond to messages and offer support when things go wrong (we had a mix-up with our Booking.com booking one time and Estelle very quickly helped us resolve everything). The breakfast is humble but delicious. What we love most about the property is the communal shared kitchen and dining area. It is perfect for us as a family as it means we can easily feed both ourselves and the baby and not have to depend on restaurants for evening meals. Plus, we can put the baby to bed and return downstairs (with the baby monitor, of course!) to enjoy a glass of wine and some card games while she sleeps. Saves us having to go to bed at 7pm or tiptoe around the room so as not to wake her! In the summer months the Biergarten is a definite plus (the food is lovely and the staff are great). There is also a large play-area at the top of the old town (a minute's walk from the Gite) that is perfect for allowing little ones some space to play before/after a long day of driving.
