It's literally a treehouse but with all amenities: shower, toilets, comfy and large bed equipped even with a mosquito net. The roof is made traditionally (sort of leaves of some plants / trees) and they have thought at practically all details to make the decor harmonious. Due to the proximity to the sea (at most 10 meters), it was never too hot. But it's "noisy" with the waves. The waves are monotone and my partner didn't have problems to sleep, for me I needed earplugs. It's not really a complaint, but a consideration. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast served at the hotel was really good. They also have a very good restaurant for lunch / dinner The beach is virtually private: the area is gated so the beach is shared only by the guests of this hotel and of the other (small) hotels nearby. We have never seen more than a handful of people sharing the whole beach. Also quality wise, it's ranking within the best beach we've seen in DR, and clearly ahead of the ones in Cabarete / Sosua.

All bungalows have a modern bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Amazing service from start at reception, the bar, restaurant and waiting staff especially Jhon, Fernando and MIchell! Having travelled widely in Dominican Republic this hotel was one of the best I have visited both for attention to clients and service 1st class! Food was excellent, restaurant prices very good, the General Manager was onsite and very approachable. Bar and Restaurant prices were higher than outside the hotel but quality of food and cleanliness of the kitchen was excellent and far better than outside venues.
