Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . I love the resort and location. It is walkable from the zermatt station but also comes with an option of a mini shuttle running from 7am to 9pm at a call from the station central. I also love the entertainment, pool and spa which I can do within the resort. Staff were friendly as well! Had an opportunity to try out their Hornox restaurant and I think the food were pretty good. …and would like to thank the hotel for the thoughtful ‘gift’ as well! :)

The room was super comfortable, modern and quite big. There was a bath and a shower in the room. Big terrace. The facilities were so great - gym and spa, the breakfast area, just perfect. You could register each morning for free yoga classes! The location is super central just a couple of minutes walk to the railway station. The grocery store is 5 min walk.

Ski storage space can be found at Naco Aparthotel, by Arca Solebad, along with a garden. Good Location. Walking distance from the rail station and city. Reasonable price. Good comfortable room. Free washing machines and dryers are available for the guests. Good guidance was provided. Breakfast also nice.

The toilet was very modern and clean. The room was very clean and big. Had a clear view of the Matterhorn just outside the hotel. And it was just next to the station bringing us up to the Matterhorn Glacier Express.

The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher. A TV is featured. The area is very quiet and there are no steps to climb. The host was very friendly and very good communication. The appartment itself was nice and cozy, clean and excellent views for coffee on the back yard. 15 min walk to the station. Would highly recommend and would def cone again
