This hotel is amazing. From check in to check out I have not one bad thing to say. We arrived at the train station and just had to call the hotel to bring us via private transport. We got a free upgrade to a deluxe family room which was great. I cannot fault this stay at all would highly recommend.

Wonderful small boutique style apart hotel, I can't say enough good things about it: very professional and kind staff with spot on recommendations for anything you may need. The apartment had a magnificent view of the Matterhorn and was very large, comfortable, well decorated and outfitted with high end fixtures and appliances. Very comfortable beds, spotlessly clean and the breakfast was really good too with variety of fresh fruit, vegetables and quality cold cuts. Would definitely visit again and recommend to others

Rooms are basic but modern and clean. Building construction is high quality as expected from Switzerland so you won’t be cold or hear much noise from the street. Good views of the mountains on all 4 fronts. Excellent location just across the street from the train station. All staff very friendly. Grocery store next door for cheap snack or stocking up on Swiss chocolates.
The location of this accommodation is awesome. It is in the city center and very quiet. It’s close to the train station and the cable car so there’s no need to take a taxi. The staff responded quickly, very helpful and friendly. The decoration of the house is very beautiful and stylish, and the Matterhorn can be seen from the balcony. My friends and I had a really great week here and I would definitely stay here again if I visit Zermatt. thanks again to the helpful staff. You saved my journey!!
Great location just off the main street, and quality modern mountain decor. This hotel is obviously new. I think it's great value for money. Great to have a shower in the ski room, if you have to check out before going skiing on your last day.
Location was excellent, just around a corner from the train station. Beautiful flowers on the balconies. We had great view of the mountains. The room and bathroom was very spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast selection was excellent, in particular really tasty bread, bacon and cheese. Great selection of different teas. Food in Italian restaurant was of the highest quality, best pumpkin ravioli I ever had. We also used laundry service which was quick and good value for money.
I liked the fact that it's a hostel but feels like a 4-star hotel. Very modern, very clean, and well thought out. Location was about a 7min walk from the station. I liked that every bunk had privacy curtain, a small safe, light and power point. I liked the relaxed atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Amazing staff, great breakfast and very flexible for checkin and checkout if the room was available or for suitcase storage. Rooms are super modern and recently renovated so for that price you can’t get better quality in Zermatt. Will come back!
excellent hotel - big room with balcony and a view (could see the Matterhorn on the window), very warm, big screen TV - for first time really a smart TV (could connect devices like phone and tablets to it), good wi-fi, modern furniture & facilities very good breakfast with a lot of choices great location - close to city center and train station, close to public transport getting you to ski installations friendly staff, even prepared some take-away food for last day when we left very early and kitchen was not yet open
Excellent place to stay, the hotel is new, modern, very stylish. The rooms are really comfortable, very nicely decorated, the bathroom is large, excellent shower and a bathtub. Everything really clean. The breakfast is good, and the staff very friendly. The hotel is perfectly located, a few meters from the city center and the main lifts. It is also 600 m from the Zermatt main train station.
Location of the hotel was convenient in the City Centre. Service staff was helpful in making our stay more pleasant than expected. We especially love the vibe and deco of the premises which was modern and functional.
