Each air-conditioned room features a microwave, a refrigerator, a TV and DVD player. All include an en suite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. We enjoyed our stay here. We would very much recommend staying here. Debbie helped us with our laundry and also drove us to the bus stop. It was very clean and nice location, walking distance from the bus stop. If we ever visit Rainbow Beach again, we will stay here!

The Brisbane cruise ship terminal is a 20 minute drive from the motel, please allow for this travel time. What I wrote to the staff: I have to say the motel is the best one I’ve stayed in yet in the 14yrs I’ve been in Australia! I’d be pernickety and look at the details of a place such as corners of bathrooms or bedrooms. Yours was very well kept and felt very comfortable at every where I was there. Reception you meet and great no matter my attire or culture. Very welcoming and nice! I must say please keep it up what you do as it was very very refreshing! I will certainly be putting your Accomdation in prime position for the rest of my company needs! Hope to return some day

Opposite a family friendly beach, Shelly Bay Resort provides 4-star fully self-contained apartments, with views of Hervey Bay from every apartment. It features a lagoon-style swimming pool and free WiFi is provided. Perfect place to stay in Hervey Bah, we had everything we needed and Andrew was so helpful and flexible with us. It made our stay more simple, especially for the check-in/check-out and the storage of our suitcases!
