This 4-star apartment offers a lift and private check-in and check-out. The apartment has family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. The location was so convenient to the train station. The heating system worked so well and everything seemed new and well cared for. I was only there 10 hours, so enjoyed the space to unwind before the next phase of my journey.

The staff were very friendly and extreamly helpful. I couldn't ask for anything more. I so enjoyed my breakfasts, they were delicious. A lovely heritage building and staying there. Grapevines Boutique Accommodation is located in Pokolbin, 400-metres from the main road. Cessnock City Centre is 15 minutes’ drive away. It’s a family-run-in business, so we got a very warm welcome like some part of them. The owner is so helpful and friendly giving us lots of useful local information, but very respectful of our private time. The location is great in the heart of the vineyard zone, easy to take a short drive to many cellar doors and wine houses. Just some units of property, we didn’t need to stand in line for checking in and out. The room is spacious and spotless with cosy decoration. There is a small succulent and rose garden in front of the room, and panoramic views only some steps beyond. Waking up in the early morning, we enjoy a fantastic stroll through the vineyard, snapshots of kangaroos and floating balloons in the sky.

Located in the heart of the Hunter Valley with views of the Brokenback Ranges, Grand Mercure The Vintage offers self-contained apartments with free WiFi. Guests can enjoy an onsite restaurant and an 18-hole championship golf course. The villa was beautifully appointed, extremely clean and spacious. We loved the fireplace - it was easy to use and very effective on the cold nights we experienced in the Hunter Valley. The Nineteen restaurant was also great, with a lovely menu and very friendly staff. Our stay was very relaxing, the layout of the complex was terrific with very helpful staff, we had booked a few villas and it was perfect for reconnecting with family and friends.
