Guests will find port wine and free chocolates in their room on arrival. We stayed at Thomson suite. When we opened the door, our jaws dropped. It was ten times more beautiful and quirky than we could ever imagine. It had a very artistic touch on everything and every corner, showing the very long history of the place as a foundry. Gorgeous brick walls exposed inside with outstanding skylight, windows, bar, pool, kitchen, woodburner fireplace and ... I was thinking of living there forever. Greg, the host, came to say hi, what a lovely man he is. He generously filled up the fridge for us, more than we could ever eat.

Right in the middle of the main street, but the cottages are set back behind the car park so we didn't hear any traffic. The hosts were friendly and kind. Cannot fault our stay. Loved it!
