Nice apartments. Very clean and well-maintained. Very good amenities (daily water, dishwasher tabs, etc.). Restaurant (Claw Bar) is very good. Pool is nice, although nothing special. Free of charge chairs, umbrellas, and towels for the beach. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful (one lady at reception was not; the one during check-in was great though). Very good location (5-minute walk to 5h avenue).

The hotel itself is in the ideal location to explore Naples. The room was newly renovated, spacious and up there as one of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in (and the best we’ve had in the US). Really comfy bed and everything you need for a comfortable stay. From reception to the cleaners, the staff were all super friendly and the free parking was an added bonus. We made use of the swimming pool while there and honestly couldn’t fault anything. It’s a lovely hotel with great character and we can’t wait to stay again.
Easy to find, modern hotel with onsite parking. Bedroom was very spacious, modern and well appointed. Very comfortable. We also received complementary light continental breakfast each day which was great. Good location for wandering into the centre of Naples (3rd & 5th streets) and around a 20 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Excellent restaurant across the road too. Nice sun deck and reasonable pool with a couple of sun loungers.
Location was perfect. Close to city center & beaches. Complimentary breakfast was expansive & well stocked. The staff were attentive, helpful & professional. Rooms and property were clean & well maintained.
Excellent location, kind personnel, enjoyable pool area, quiet atmosphere, very clean. Good quality for the price. I recomend Italian Olive Garden restaurant which is close to the hotel, good food, nice personnel, low prices.

Breakfast was basic but good, especially if you think that it's included, overall great quality-price, i'd be back.
Location and quality/finish of the property are outstanding. Any questions were answered and resolved very quickly. The condo benefits from access to a great pool area and the grounds of Lely are immaculate. Great hosts in David and Michele.
