Very nice hotel with a pretty modern style and perfect rooms. Size is very good, beds are very comfortable, bathroom and shower is huge. Location is a little bit far outside but that was exactly what we were searching for. Nice restaurants in an area of up to 5 miles.

The villa is superb, clean, modern and comfortable. The location is great for all the parks and shops such as target, Walmart and Aldi are a few minutes drive. The pool was lovely and we used it daily The house is on a gated community with a security checkpoint which is great for safety but was a bit of a pain as there was always a queue, sometimes very long to get in. I would thoroughly recommend it.
The house was fantastic, the location, the swimming pool, the quality of the amenities, the game room, plenty of space (we were just 2 for a huge house, indeed we love space...) with everything you need! The owner was easily reachable and always very friendly. Everything for a reasonable price... Highly recommended ! Will come back for sure, Upstay is a trustful organization.

Really modern design, immaculate and clean. Great location; we could walk round the corner to the 7/11, Subway, shops, restaurants and the lovely water park. Target was about a 10-15 minute walk from our apartment and we could get absolutely everything from there! We got Ubers every day and never had any issue with them finding the apartment.
What a beautiful view of the lake (with the nice small pier and the hammocks), the location of the hotel is perfect: quiet but close to most things. The staff was really polite and welcoming. The room was spacious and the bathroom looked super nice and recently renovated.
This house is modern, clean, spacious and well equipped. The property is situated within a gated neighbourhood, it felt very safe. The location is 10mins to Disney & 30mins to Universal, there is a Super Target 5mins away. We arranged a late checkout for 12 noon at no extra charge. I would definitely rebook this house for my next visit to Orlando.
