We got an Accessible Room on the ground floor. It was nice and spacious with comfy beds and good amenities. Location of property is great and nearby paid parking also convenient - with direct access to the adjacent hotel building where the main reception is located. We checked in and proceeded to our building next door - the one surrounding the pool. Everything with regards to entertainment is walking distance and all around the area.

Great location in Key West. The trolley stop is around the corner. A great food truck is parked next door and a lovely Cuban deli and convenience store is also around the corner. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious room. Modern decor. Breakfast is at the beautiful pool area in the mornings. Allowed early check-in.

Location, really nice staff they show you everything while you checking in, they give you welcome drink also, room is very nice all furniture is stylish, everything is clean, beautiful garden, beautiful Christmas decoration. If you expecting modern hotel you should stay on some hotels far away from center. This is old building but nicely renovated and clean, of course you can expect lot of noises because building is old and without any noise isolation. If you don't want to use their parking you can use some in town
